- Competition opens 12pm Saturday 28th November and closes 2pm Saturday 12 December
- Winners will be notified via email on Monday 14 December
- Valid Sunday – Thursday only.
- Prize must be booked and stayed between 20th December 2020 – 26th February 2021.
- Exclusion dates: 31st December 2020, New Year’s Eve. 26th January 2021, Australia Day.
- The prize accommodates a maximum of 2 people (Queen bed).
- Alex Perry Hotel & Apartments is not responsible (either directly or indirectly) for delays, reschedules, insolvency, acts of war, and force majeure impacting on the winner’s travel arrangements or use of the prize. Alex Perry Hotel & Apartments is not responsible for any loss, damage, accidents or injury arising from any aspect of any booking, reservation or use of products or services connected with the Prize.
- The winner of the Prize is responsible for any other travel arrangements and associated costs (including but not limited to travel, flights, passports, visas, permits, local taxes, duties, travel insurance, or any additional costs).
- The prize booking is subject to availability.
- Full prize must be used in one stay.
- The prize is not transferable for cash.
- In the event of amendment of a confirmed booking, Alex Perry Hotel & Apartments standard conditions, penalties and charges will apply.
- In the event of cancellation, the prize in its entirety will be deemed used.
