Schedule of Fees

$250 per adult

• Deposit is non refundable and due within 7 days of booking confirmation.
• Bookings may auto cancel if deposit payment is not received by deadline.

$110 per person 

• Applies to changes after final payment is received
• Additional supplier amendment fees may apply

Land

• 60 days or more prior to travel:  Loss of deposit plus any applicable supplier fees
• 59 – 30 days prior to travel:  50% of the total booking amount plus any supplier fees
• Less than 30 days from travel:  100% of the total booking amount  

Air

• All airfare cancellations are non refundable unless other stated on the ticket

Viva Travel may charge fees in the following circumstances

• Credit card payments incur a surcharge that varies with the card and amount being charged.  Fees are quoted at the time of payment
• $11 one way domestic airfare per person (not booked in conjunction with anything else)
• $22 return domestic airfare per person (not booked in conjunction with anything else)
• $33 application process fee for electronic visa per person per visa
• $55 application processing fee for passports/visa per person (additional consulate/courier/bank fees may also apply)
• $55 domestic tour/cruise per booking (not booked in conjunction with anything else)
• $55 processing fee for bookings made with online suppliers
• $55 international airfare booking fee (fee charged per direction, i.e. $110 Australia – Europe return)
• $110 redemption fee to redeem and book frequent flyer airfares per redemption
• $110 to provide essential information necessary for insurance claims when the insurance policy was not booked through Viva Travel
• $50-$250 itinerary planning per booking (credited towards reservation deposit once booked)
• Additional service fees may apply depending on the itinerary
