Michael & Diane :
Before meeting Michael, Diane had heard all about “Mazzeo”. Someone in their group of friends from Rowville that never came out because he was always working, busy being a chef. Then one night at a friend’s house, she finally met the mysterious Mazzeo. They chatted for a while and Diane recalled thinking he was nice.
It was years later, in 2015 at the Melbourne Cup before Michael remembers seeing Diane for the first time. So many of their friends came to the event that they didn’t find the time to speak to each other. But Michael was wondering who this girl was? And why she was with their group of friends but he didn’t know her. He thought she was beautiful and wanted Diane to notice him… he was thankful Nonna had ironed his suit prior to going that day.
They didn’t meet again until 2017 at a friend’s birthday. A few drinks, a dance and a first kiss.
Flash forward 5 year and they’ve been inseparable ever since. With a share loved for travel, they’ve conquered 6 countries together including their most recent trip to Rome where Michael proposed!

We’re so excited not just for our wedding but the thought of being on holidays, drinking cocktails by the pool, dinners by the beach and a few other adventures along the way.
And the best part is we get to enjoy all of this with you!

Comparing to online sites such as Expedia
Online sites such as Expedia may have access to the same rates as Viva (minor differences will be due to foreign exchange rates). In some cases they may also show cheaper rates online though if you are going to book through Expedia or another site please ensure you check the conditions and payment terms carefully as they may be different. Please also note sites like Expedia offer “dynamic pricing” meaning the price can change as availability at the hotel and foreign exchange rates change. Rates that are “pay later” are usually charged in local currency on arrival and therefore subject to the exchange rate at the time of your stay plus any additional bank or credit card fees for foreign currency transactions.
Viva are a full service travel agency and can arrange everything including, flights transfers, additional travel pre or post the wedding and travel insurance. In the unlikely event of issues that may occur (i.e. flight delays or cancellations etc) Viva take care of this for you. This can save you hours of time and unwanted stress. If you book direct Viva unfortunately can’t assist you in this situation. Also booking through Viva will ensure that they can communicate to the Intercontinental you are a guest of our wedding which online sites can’t do.

Often we are unable to hold seats reserved without payment, so this price is a guide only, reflecting the availability at the time of quoting. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange and availability, all costs are subject to change without notice.

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that all passengers travelling are covered by Comprehensive Travel Insurance. Please advise if you would like Travel Insurance and we will quote a policy specific to the region you are travelling to. For this we will need the dates of birth of all those travelling and if anyone has a pre-existing medical condition.
